How Are You Doing With This Month's Habit?
The habit for the month of August is to bless your heart with exercise for at least 15 minutes a day.  Up until yesterday, I was hit-and-miss with this one.  When we went to camp, and even a little before that, I got out of my walking routine and just quit.  I cringed when I saw the habit of the month!  But I adjusted my attitude, and I believe I'm back on track.  I walk every morning, and on three mornings I add some strength training with hand weights.  I had been using the weights before, and they were making a noticeable difference in my upper arms and shoulders - that was exciting!  So how are you doing with the habit of the month?  What are you doing as your heart blessing each day?
