Today I'm going to do something I haven't done in my weekly plan.  I'm going to bake.  Right now I'm planning to make a double batch of rolls and freeze the dough.  When I want rolls for supper, I can take them out in the morning and let them rise all day under a damp towel.  My family will like this!  
I don't know what I'll bake each week, but I know that I want to do this.  I'm diabetic, so I don't want to make a lot of desserts (I will eat them if I bake them!).  Maybe I'll experiment with some whole grain breads and some healthier desserts.  Good for me and my family!
